Who:
At the end of the 1990’s the principals of the company conducted a review of the treasury systems then available. The conclusion was that none of the systems available were meeting the business requirements or delivering customer satisfaction. As a result City Financials was formed to develop and then supply corporate treasury software. The resulting product is eTC, standing for efficient Treasury Control, a treasury application designed for and readily deliverable across the Internet. Using the latest database technology together with online Internet access, eTC gives organizations the ability to efficiently control their treasury operations. Working with our existing clients we are committed to ensuring that eTC is continually developed to keep upwith market demands.
What:
It became obvious to us that no treasury system was keeping up to date with the markets requirements, both in terms of functionality and more evidently in terms of Internet developments, so whilst designing eTC we keep the following development objectives firmly in mind:
· The ability to capture and deliver data simply via a web browser.
· Use leading database technology for both data processing speed and security
· Deliver powerful and easily used data manipulation to the end user.
· Ensure that the system is available on a 24/7 basis, globally.
· Be flexibility and easily configured to implement treasury policy.
· Allow central treasury's role to encompass the whole organisation.
As eTC is a newly designed product with no legacy problems we have been able to greatly improve thequality of the solution that we deliver in terms offunction, form usability and the deployment mechanism. It is vital that a corporate treasury has theability to access accurate detailed information at anytime from anywhere. We believe that these are the reasons that many of our clients have progressed with eTC replacing what were once market-leading systems.
Where:
Since the products launch in 2001 we have steadily grown an impressive list of clients all of whom benefit from our ‘enterprise’ approach to design, methodology and price. We have successfully replaced variants of all the previous market leading treasury systems proving the appeal of our solution to a wide variety of disparate organisations treasury system needs. City Financials are now based in the UK and Australia, with offices in London, Essex and Sydney, Australia. We offer support on a 24/7 basis to our American, European and Australasian clients.
